Music: The Heartbeat of My Life

Before real estate, music was my first passion, and it continues to be an important part of my life. As the founder of Nick Booth Studios, I’ve spent years teaching piano, guitar, and ukulele to students of all ages, watching them grow in both skill and confidence. I also perform at local venues, hospitals, and assisted living centers, using music to bring people together and create meaningful moments. The dedication, creativity, and connection I’ve developed through music are the same qualities I bring to every client relationship in real estate.

Always Pushing Limits: Road Biking & Endurance Racing

I believe in setting big goals and working relentlessly to achieve them. For me, that means tackling cycling events like LoToJa, as well as marathons and triathlons. These experiences have taught me discipline, perseverance, and mental toughness. Just like in endurance racing, buying or selling a home requires preparation, strategy, and the ability to adapt under pressure. I bring that same mindset to every client I work with, helping them reach their real estate goals.
